Refund Policy
At Country Side Liquidations, we value honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that every buyer understands the unique nature of liquidation merchandise before completing a purchase.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Country Side Liquidations are final.
Because our products are sold as liquidation pallets or truckloads — often containing customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pulled items — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a sale is completed.
Each pallet is sold “as-is”, and variations in item condition, quantity, or brand are to be expected. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing.
2. Product Condition Disclosure
We strive to provide accurate and detailed information for every pallet listed on our website.
However, due to the nature of liquidation merchandise:

Items may include new, used, overstock, or open-box goods.

Packaging may show signs of wear or have retail stickers, tape, or markings.

Quantities, brands, and item values are approximations and may vary slightly from what is listed.

Some items may require cleaning, testing, or minor repair before resale.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
3. Damaged or Missing Shipments
We take great care to ensure every pallet is safely packaged and shipped.
However, if your order arrives damaged or appears incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue:

Take clear photographs of the pallet, packaging, and any visible damage.

Email the details to purchase@countrysideliquidations.com with your order number and tracking ID.

Our support team will review the evidence and assist you in filing a damage claim with the freight carrier or arranging a suitable resolution.
⚠️ Please note: Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and processing has begun.
However, if you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at sales@countrysideliquidations.com.
If cancellation is approved before shipment, a processing fee may be deducted to cover administrative and payment handling costs.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to an error in the information provided, we cannot offer a refund. Additional fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
6. Freight & Delivery Disclaimer
All freight and shipping services are handled by third-party carriers.
Country Side Liquidations is not responsible for:

Delays caused by weather, customs, or freight companies.

Lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered.”

Additional handling fees charged by carriers.
We always do our best to work with logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of all shipments.
7. Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, customers are expected to:

Review all pallet details, product descriptions, and conditions listed on our website.

Understand that liquidation merchandise carries some level of risk and may include mixed-quality items.

Contact our support team for clarification if unsure about any product listing.
We believe informed buyers make confident, long-term partners.
8. Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)
Refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:

The wrong pallet or incorrect shipment was sent due to our internal error.

Your payment was processed but the pallet is no longer available in stock.
In such rare cases, we will either:

Offer a full refund, or

Provide a replacement pallet of equal value (based on customer preference).
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
9. International Orders
All international orders are also final sale.
Customs duties, taxes, and import regulations vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot refund or return pallets delayed or held by customs.
