1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after full payment is received.
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information and shipping details.
⏰ Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
We offer nationwide pallet delivery across the United States through trusted freight and logistics carriers.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, pallet size, and delivery destination.
Delivery Timeline:

Standard Freight: 5–10 business days

Expedited Freight (where available): 3–5 business days
We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
3. Local Pickup
Customers near our warehouse can choose Local Pickup at checkout.
Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Please bring a valid photo ID and order confirmation when collecting your pallet(s).
4. International Shipping
Country Side Liquidations proudly ships pallets and truckloads internationally to select countries.
International customers should note:

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery timelines vary by destination but generally range from 10–25 business days.

All international shipments are handled through trusted freight forwarders or international couriers.

Buyers are encouraged to confirm import regulations in their country before placing an order.
🌍 We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Africa, Australia, and other selected regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our sales team to make special arrangements.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the pallet’s:

Shipping method (standard, expedited, or freight forwarding)
Large or bulk orders (truckloads) may qualify for discounted freight rates. Contact our logistics team for custom quotes.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can track your shipment directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3–5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care to ensure your order is properly packaged and shipped.
However, if your pallet arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please:

Take clear photos of the package and visible damages.

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@countrysideliquidations.com.

Our support team will assist you in filing a carrier claim or arranging a suitable resolution.
Note: Country Side Liquidations is not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by freight carriers, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery failure, additional fees may apply for reshipping.
9. Freight Handling & Delivery
For large pallet or truckload deliveries:

The delivery driver may contact you prior to arrival.

Deliveries are typically made to the curbside or loading dock only.

Customers are responsible for unloading the pallet(s) from the truck unless otherwise arranged.
